Our legal business name is registered under Foufou's Teacup Puppies Inc. We use the name Foufou Puppies on our homepage and on our social media pages and content. Our offices for Sales and Customer Support are situated in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and Portland, Oregon, USA while our kennel where we breed our puppies is located in South Korea. Our storefront is situated in City Walk, Dubai, UAE. We do not keep our puppies at our office location in Ottawa or Oregon. Our puppies are available for in person viewing at our kennel in South Korea or at our storefront in Dubai.

Please note that we do not have puppies available for viewing at our sales office. All puppies are either delivered directly to your preferred location or can be picked up from our kennel in South Korea. We offer free transportation by Pet Cargo to select international airports, including LAX, SFO, MIA, LAS, JFK, IAD, DFW, ATL, YYZ, YUL and YVR. However, if direct Pet Cargo flights are not available to your city, an inflight nanny is required. The cost of the inflight nanny varies depending on the destination. We offer worldwide delivery by nanny.

Why are your puppies expensive?

Our puppies' prices reflect their lineage, face type, color, and breed. The around-the-clock care and nurturing provided by our care nannies from birth until travel date also plays a role in the price. It is a full-time job to provide good care and nurturing to each puppy for a four-month period to ensure they are delivered healthy and happy.

What is the lifespan of your puppies?

Our puppies can live as long as a standard-sized dog, which is typically 12-15 years.

How old are your puppies?

All of our available puppies are at least three months old.

Do you guarantee the health of your puppies?

We offer a one-year health guarantee, and you can view our health guarantee page for more details.

What is a Special Order?

If your preferred puppy is sold, you can place a Special Order by putting down a non-refundable deposit of $1,000. We will then locate a similar puppy for you, based on face type, quality, gender, color, and size. You can refer to the Sold Puppies page or upload a video/picture via the Quick Form to give us an idea of your preferred puppy. Your initial deposit holds the puppy for only seven calendar days after locating the Special Order puppy, and the deposit goes towards the final price of the puppy. Please contact us for further information on the duration to locate a specific puppy.

*Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and you should be certain of your decision to add a pet companion to your household before putting down a deposit.
