What does a "Special Order" mean?

We receive high demand for our adorable puppies, and if your desired puppy is sold out, you can place a "Special Order" by making a $1,000 deposit. This deposit enables us to find a similar puppy for you in terms of gender, color, size, face type, and quality. To provide us with an idea of your preferred puppy, you can either refer to the Previous Puppies page or upload a video or picture via the Quick Form It's important to note that your initial deposit is non-refundable and only holds the puppy for seven calendar days after we locate the Special Order puppy. The $1,000 deposit will be deducted from the final price of the Special Order puppy. For additional information about the duration required to find a specific puppy, please contact us.

Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable, so it's essential to be committed to adding a pet companion to your household before placing a deposit. Furthermore, once we locate your requested puppy, the deposit is only valid for seven calendar days. If the puppy isn't paid in full by then, it is no longer reserved.
